MomNest is built for new families. We treat the data you log — feeds, sleep, diapers, notes, postpartum recovery, and screenings — as personal and sensitive.

What we store

We store the entries and account information you create so you and your invited caregivers can access them across devices. Mental-health screenings (PHQ-9) and postpartum recovery entries are visible only to the mom (the family primary) by default.

Who can see your data

Only members of your family workspace can see your family's entries, and only at the access level you grant them. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.

Deleting your data

You can remove individual entries at any time. To delete your account or your full family workspace, contact support@momnest.app.
