Account & sign-in

Forgot your password? Use the password reset page. For other account issues, email support@momnest.app.

Family sharing & invites

Invites expire after 7 days. If a partner or caregiver can't join, ask the primary account holder to resend the invite from Settings → Family.

Sync & data

MomNest works offline and syncs when you're back online. If a change isn't appearing on another device, pull to refresh and check your connection. If something looks wrong, email us with the time and what you were doing — we keep server logs to help debug.
